How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received payment for it. If you pay by PayPal or Sofortüberweisung, the item will be shipped on the next weekday at the latest - if it is in stock. Within Germany your order will normally be delivered within 2-4 working days after shipment. If you order with express shipping before 14:00h, your delivery will arrive on the next working day. If you order with express shipping after 14:00h, your delivery will arrive the day after the next working day. If you have ordered a customization of your bag, delivery will normally take 3-4 working days longer.

How can I track my order?

In your dispatch confirmation e-mail, which you will automatically receive, you will find the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment status on the parcel carrier’s website.

Why does my FEYNSINN leather bag look different than the one on the photo?

It may be possible that the color or appearance of our products differ slightly from the photo in our online shop. We use natural leather for our leather bags, which can vary slightly depending on its natural texture. In addition our bags are handmade, which means that small variations and differences are inevitable.

FEYNSINN is as individual as you are and of that we are proud!

How can I return/exchange an item?

You can find detailed information on returning items and refunding costs here.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, or if you prefer a different size, you must return it as described in the returning information and place a new order for the item you want instead. Customized items are excluded from exchange.

What can I do to care for my FEYNSINN leather bag?

Our leather is a natural product that is best treated with oil or wax. Here you will find detailed care instructions!

Can I order personalized items from FEYNSINN?

What should I do if my FEYNSINN bag needs a repair?

Our bags are high-quality products made from sustainable materials that are designed to accompany you for many years. If your bag gets damaged, please contact our customer service. Depending on when you bought your item, we can decide together if we can replace or repair it.

Why did an item I saw only yesterday suddenly disappear today?

There may be several reasons for this. Maybe the item is sold out, but it could also be a technical problem. If you know the product's name, feel free to contact our FEYNSINN Customer Service, we can check it out for you!

When will I get my product when I pre-order?

You can be sure that sold out products have already been reordered by us. Unfortunately, it can still take up to 3 months until the product is available again. This is mainly due to the fact that our characteristic SID & VAIN leather with its natural tanning has to be remanufactured first. Tanning the leather naturally takes longer than chemical tanning, which many manufacturers use. Then our FEYNSINN leather arrives at the factory, where it is made into our bags by hand under fair conditions. Feel free to contact our customer service - we will do our best to inform you when the product you are interested in is ready for shipment again!

Can I see the FEYNSINN products anywhere in a shop?

Sadly no. The reason why we can offer you such a great price-performance ratio is that we don't have to bear the high fixed costs of stationary retailing. If that ever changes, we'll be happy to let you know via our Newsletter!
